Terrible customer service!

Front desk staff was great, but that was it. Waited 20 minutes and had to go get someone to give us menus at restaurant. Then waited another 15 since he went on break. Then never brought our water, and had to chase someone again to get the check. Then air conditioner didn’t work right in room. Breakfast was not great; the food was fine, but they said I didn’t prepare for the breakfast buffet, but I had through you all. They said to take it up with you all. The manager was condescending in his tone, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Last time I will stay there or any Hilton for that matter.

This was a beautiful property. Friendly staff. Very convenient to get to from the freeway plus centrally located so I can easily walk to many places. The moma or civic center. I will go back again but my one complaint. The a/c only want down to 71.5 degrees....or so the thermostat said. It was much warmer that that. But I will return. Next time I will request an in room fan if available.

We had one of the corner rooms spacious enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) to sleep in. It was on the 19th floor with a good view. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. We wish there were chairs in the room. Some street noise is inevitable but nothing terrible. The breakfast features variety but could be more affordable (it cost us around $140 for a family of 4). Parking is $80/night so if you are renting, keep that in mind. The staff was great!
