Seems like a nicely run place. The room was exactly what we needed. Nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable. Recommend if you need basics, but also want clean and safe.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean, and comfortable our stay was. We knew the area is rough. But the hotel was a welcomed respite. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Desk attendant was super friendly and very hospitable. I will def stay here again if I'm back in the city and want to be close to the BGCA.

The staff is friendly & accommodating. The rooms could use some upgrading but doesn't take away from how clean and well maintained they are. The location was my only drawback. The area is VERY noisy (ie could hear the bus pull up every 30 mins). At night the car noise slows down but the homeless tend to take over (ie loud screaming, music). I understand it is out of the control of the establishment however it does affect someone's stay. I felt safe the whole time, since room keys are necessary to access the rooms.

Good value for a budget downtown stay.

Very decent price for having to stay in the downtown area. It isn't the Ritz, but it was clean and tidy, with on-site parking (extra $30) and a kind, friendly staff.

Two things that I think are important to be aware of: (1) when comparing prices, notice this venue adds $5/night "service charge" which is in addition to the total charge listed for the booking and (2) they've instituted an undocumented "no visitors" policy.

Deceived

Unexpected fees after prepaying for my stay. Also the guy over charged my credit card and gave me issues once I asked for a refund. There was also blood on the sheets in the room. Don’t forget $30 per night to park in a non secure parking lot in a really unsafe part of town. If you’re not from the area do not let these fake pictures fool you this place is a dump!

Great price

They had a good supply of soap and shampoo of good quality. The bathroom was kinda small, but that is normal for the area. The bed was average, but the pillow and bedding was pretty bad. The service and price however was excellent and still worth a stay if you need a hotel in the area.

One of the worst hotels I visited, smelly room, dirty carpet, they only replenished toiletries didn't clen or make the beds.

For the most part, it was good liquor store across the street small donut shop restaurant also across the street walking distance to I needed to go as for the room. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The bath towels could be a little bit bigger.
