This hotel is a little bit funky. But acceptable. Location good. Not too far from SJC. Parking is plentiful and well lit. Looks like a reasonably safe neighborhood. I would say the corridors in the hotel need to be repainted. The swimming pool is not ready for use yet. A little bit of trash (Small stuff like gum/candy wrappers) in the parking lot but not too bad. Check-In desk is now man 24/7. That's an improvement! Each room that I've been in the three times I've stayed here are big enough. All of them have microwave and fridge. Plenty of hot water. Bathtub. Cable TV with all the channels that you could want. So for the price, a pretty good value.

Overall a below average room, decore old issue with micro wave. Refrig not working, ice maker down stairs not working so there was no ice. place out dated. Bed was ok. If you want a place just to sleep, no xtra, Close to freeway. You might consider it. Me personal i would stay there again. Not a place i would consider again.

Friendly staff almost all of them rooms were pretty decent. I like them beds were comfortable quiet. Pretty clean I mean a little bit of mildew in the bathroom, but not too bad it's normal.

The stay was very bad. After checking in the first nite, it turned out next date there was major work in the room adjacent to mine. A lot of noise, debrus, garbage near the entrance of my room. I coukd not even get in or out without moving all the stuff blocking the entry..this was UNSAFE. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS RENOVATION WHEN U CHECKED IN. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE ISSUE. I DEMAND A REFUND AND AN APOLOGY LETTER FIR PUTTING MR IN HARMSWAY.

The staff member decided to play a cruel joke on me during checkout. I was rushing to get to the airport to catch an early flight so I needed to check out before 9am. The main reception is closed until 9am and only a little window into the street is open, so I had have to wait outside to finish checkout. I ordered my taxi on the way to reception and immediately proceeded to ask to checkout and requested the return of my $100 cash deposit. The receptionist told me it would take 10-20 to check my room to make sure everything is fine before I could get my deposit. That was obviously a big shocker as normally these things are done very swiftly to not hold a guest for too long. I politely asked if it was possible to do it a little quicker as I was rushing to catch my flight. The guy told me that next time I should pay the deposit by card to avoid this. I said I understand and showed him my phone to let him see that my taxi would arrive in 7 minutes and once again politely asked if my room could be checked a little quicker. (it's a motel, and my room was literally less than 30 seconds away from reception). The guy didn't care. I asked if he could please use the radio to ask a staff member to check it to at least put this matter in motion. He didn't care. He just sat at the computer and did some nonsensical stuff there without any rush. Then got up, went to a different room as I was standing outside in the cold panicking about missing my flight or my taxi arriving and leaving before
