The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, and the food was good. Although one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would stay there again.

The room wasn’t clean, I was sneezing all night when I waked up in the morning I checked the room and realized it was the air conditioner, the ventilation was full of dust. The spent my vacation feeling sick cause of that. I took a video of it and showed it to the front desk but I don’t know if they cleaned it.

First of all, this is not a Hyatt kind of Hotel even though name says its hyatt. They charge you almost $20 for parking. Rooms are not so great. Showers not working properly. Same breakfast everyday. Very annoying. You have to look for receptionist when you need him/her. I had a better experience with economical hotel in puerto rica with just $60 a day (weekday) than this HYATT. Looks like now they just want to make money with their name only.

Checked in and the room I booked two doubles was no longer available , got a room with a bed and fold out - not what I booked . When I went up at our 1 am check in time and I was pulling out the sofa bed it was filthy covered in hair and dirt , phone didn’t work to call reception , had to go down and then transfer rooms at 1am . Not what I would expect for $500 usd . Advertised priced and billed price $100 different due to taxes

The rooms were a good size; however, they were not well-equipped for four people. Specifically, we couldn't control the thermostat, and the hotel wouldn't provide additional comforters. The kids were cold every night. They offered blankets, but they were inadequate. During my six-night stay, it was a struggle every night to arrange for enough bedding.
