The hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite adequate. The pool area is beautiful and well laid out. Parking was easy and it is right off the freeway. The only problem was the freeway noise. Our room was 3rd floor on the freeway side. The traffic noise was loud and didn’t die down til 3 AM and started back up at 5 AM

Unfortunately disappointed for the second year in a row. Good price but that’s about it. Arrived at property at 3pm check-in time and room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. . We were given a lesser room than what we booked and paid for because we didn’t want to wait. We were given breakfast tickets for this inconvenience. Breakfast ended up being blah but staff was very friendly and attentive. Got to the pool and they were missing about 7 lounge chairs. We waited on a bench until ONE opened up. We huddled around ONE chair. Got in the pool and realized they had no towels in the clean towel box. Spoke with front desk they said the chairs were being cleaned and would be out shortly (what?? On Memorial Day weekend) not even the wicker part of the chairs was out. If they were actually washing the pad part they should have left out the wicker portion. Chairs never made it out. As for the towels, they said they were being washed. Again on Memorial Day weekend no towels at the pool. We gave up waiting for towels and grabbed some beach towels out of the car. Everything else was pretty much ok just disappointed in the above.
