The day started out stressful I booked the wrong day, we needed Sat to Sun and I booked Sun to Mon. We had our dogs with us on top of that, we were there for my nieces lacrosse tournament. We got there and they told us wrong day, the customer representative Juan said don’t worry we will take care of it. He found us a room and we were able to get in early with the dogs,so we could go to the lacrosse game. The Hampton staff were amazing took care of everything and made out stay present. I highly recommend that hotel and there great staff.

Check in person was very polite and helpful. In fact, all the staff we came in contact with was wonderful. The room however, was clean but the colors of it and the art work was not relaxing. The shower was a good size but the shower pressure was kind of wimpy. The toilet was exceptionally low to the ground.
