We had a fantastic stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed (traveling with 2 young children). Shuttle to St Armand circle was great, nice pool and restaurant. Unfortunately construction on beach but that’s out of anyone’s control. would highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient stay on Lido beach area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was truly amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect getaway — relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Our stayed at the Lido Beach resort was wondeful. It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff through text messages . The pool and beach staff was amazing . From getting chairs, towels, putting up beach umbrella and making sure our drinks and food getting to us fast . We love how easy it’s to get to the beach . The kids love the free ice cream and the heated pool. We would definitely come back .

Amazing location with the most friendly staff: everyone from the front desk to the servers to the pool attendants to the cleaning staff were all helpful with genuine smiles. The option of an adult only pool & hot tub area was a nice touch. Great restaurants on site and a convenient (and free!) shuttle to downtown area were especially appreciated in the chilly weather. Chairs on the private beach with free towels are also convenient with bar service provided to the area as well. Room was spotless with all the amenities we could want. We loved our stay!
