We stay here a couple nights a month and have never had a bad experience. They staff is great and it is clean. We only had an issue 1 time and it was because, we didn't get the room we booked. But compared places we stayed at that pretty good.

Loved the vibe the owner and employees were top notch! The carpet in our room was sticky in front of the bathroom. But the rest of the room and grounds were very clean. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Poor check-in, key card opened someone else's room. A second room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very skimpy. Lobby smelled strongly of cooking food.

The room WAS spotless! The staff, especially the cleaning staff, was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. The coffee was always full. It is one of the best Super 8's I have EVER stayed in!

Was in Rainsville for a dog show. I was on my own and felt completely safe. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were above excellent. Welcomed me every time i walked in the door and asked if i needed anything. My room was clean, bathroom was clean. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

These guys are awesome! The room was very clean and everything works! The lobby is clean and the breakfast room was clean with a nice continental breakfast and hot coffee. The staff are very professional and friendly.
