The hotel was very accommodating. We had a bad experience at a hotel down the street and left that place and when we arrived they were very kind and u see standing and even gave us an upgrade to our room. They had cookies at check in. There was a problem with the AC in our room but they immediately came and fixed it! Room was nice and big with a beautiful view.

The staff was so kind and helped me be able to check in early! The pool area is very nice. The cookies were delicious! However, the hotel is pretty old and dingy feeling. It was clean, but I don’t think we would stay there again.

Took an hour to check in! Ridiculous long line, not enough people checking in guests and some took over 20 minutes to check in one person! Only breakfast option is a buffet - gross. Dinner was pretty good but expensive. Most staff seems nice. Beautiful pool area.

Great location needs more staff

Facility is dated. Staff is stretched thin but was very courteous and apologetic. Location was very convenient to the airport. I wanted to like this hotel but it's dark and needs updating. I don't blame the staff, but clearly more staff is needed to handle heavy traffic. My room was not ready at 3pm check in.

Waiting an hour for the airport shuttle and waiting in line for 45 minutes to check in! Never a sorry for the inconvenience or delays. Take the cookie and move on. This is not what we expect at a Double Tree.

Complicated parking area. Room was located on a far wing of the hotel which was impossible to get to from the front door with a luggage cart. (had to go around the pool on the actual pool deck). Had lots of people in our party so it made things quite chaotic. Vending machines were empty so it was impossible to get drinking water. TV remote didn't work (no volume control), decor was shabby, and it just did not live up to the Doubletree expectations that I had. Reserved four rooms with two queen beds in each room. The latest arrival in our party was given a single bed - the clerk stated that the reservation of double meant a double-sized bed, not two queens. Then argued with us. Just was not a good experience.
