I really like parking outside my door. The walkable access to shopping and dining. Liked the shared patio with excellent views.

Fancy motel. Price reasonable for the excellent location. Don't expect any frills. But clean and comfortable room.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We arrived early on an unusually cold afternoon. An early check-in was not possible, I was told, because the hotel has only one housekeeper (though I learned later that the rooms were not fully booked).
The best thing about the small room was the view of the mountain.
The main problem was that the sole source of heat in the room was a heater/AC unit in the bathroom at the back of the unit. Only by cranking up the heater to the maximum and wearing extra clothes could I be warm enough to read while looking out the window. The baseboard heater in the front of the room was no longer operational.
Los Abrigados at the bottom of the same hill offered much nicer and more spacious accommodations for the same price.
The room is beautiful, fresh and comfortable. I loved the convenience of the small bistro table and 2 chairs. The setee bench outside our door was a wonderful place to sit and visit with other patrons. The balcony is a comfortable area with a couple of sitting areas and wonderful place for picture taking and watching the sunset. The service was A+
The hotel was right in the center of town, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was quiet. The bed was a bit firm and the pillows were a bit soft for my taste, but that's a personal preference. I appreciated getting a call from the lobby each night, asking if i needed anything before they closed up. Would recommend!
Please was perfect for a weekend getaway where you’re basically hiking the different trails and need a place to sleep before getting back up to hike all day.
I really enjoyed my stay here! It was conveniently located in the uptown area and I was able to walk a lot of places! The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable! The only reason I didn’t give it all five stars is because the bathroom could have been updated, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means! I would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Staff & service
This is an avoid at all costs property. Having advised via Expedia I would be a day late, they cancelled my booking anyway leaving me with no where to stay. The front desk man was rude (swore at me when I complained) and was aggressive. Things got no better when I asked to see the manager who told me it was all my fault. When I said I would take it up with Expedia she said I could take it up with President Trump for all she cared. Looks like I dodged a bullet staying here as it didn’t feel at all safe and was located next to a busy traffic roundabout. I’m hoping Expedia will refund my charges due to no the awful experience and inconvenience
We enjoyed our stay here! Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and nice, shower drainage was a little funky but not a big deal. “Mountain view” is a bit deceiving, it’s just a street view with mountains in background
The furniture outside the rooms is pretty beat up. I’m sure due to the sun, but it would look so much better without it or with a better introduction to the room.
