Buffet breakfast had clearly marked options for coeliac’s & staff were knowledgeable in making adaptations / options for dinner & lunch. Felt at ease eating in there resort as no risk of ingesting gluten. The gym was well equipped & the pool & pool area was well maintained. Shout out to Ketut Remu & our room attendant Dino. close to shopping & other food venues. FYI bed was not great on side close to sliding door.

We felt very well cared for. Security checks on entry and then big smiles and pleasantries from everyone we passed. Little complimentaries like fruit and water in the room, fish feeding and pop corn and a service buggy to drop us at the beach or shopping. We had a poolside with lounge room with was so perfect to spread out on holiday and access a pool lounge when ever. Restaurant and supermarket across the road. Short walk to beach and market shops start a few doors down

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff are so helpful & welcoming. It's obvious that they genuinely like working there. The buffet breakfast is a highlight of our stay, with fabulous food & amazing choices. The hotel offered several amenities, like yoga, massage, & dining specials. The rooms are comfortable & well laid out. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the pool & listening to great music. Also enjoyed lying by the pool, reading & drinking their yummy cocktails. The location allows an easy walk to the beach, & a choice of good restaurants, & cafes close by.
