We've stayed here same time last year. I like the location. It puts you in a spot where basically you take backroads to get you where you need to go without the hassle of major traffic on the strip. It has a nice open view of the mountains. The cabin is clean and fully stocked with essentials for cooking, cleaning. I would recommend for sure. Good parking as well.

Nice stay for our short family getaway!

Overall stay was great! We enjoyed the cabin and all it had to offer. Mountain view was decent but wanted to see more. The lighting was dim over the pool table and in the bathrooms. Plenty of amenities to keep everyone occupied. We never made it to the pool, it always seemed busy and crowded.

Great cabin; perfect size for our family!

The cabin suited our family well. My mom, 73, was easily able to maneuver the two small stairs leading into the cabin. The parking area was also level vs. sloped which again made access easy for my mom. The two downstairs bedrooms were great, and the kids enjoyed all of the games upstairs. Very clean and Brian was so quick to respond with any questions. My mom wants to book the same cabin for next July 4 week.

They were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the check-in process seamless.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have all the essentials at their fingertips.Additionally, all the important information and guidelines were posted clearly, covering everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. This attention to detail really made a difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time without any worries.One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view from the swing. Beautiful View!

We loved this cabin! Beds were very comfortable. Pretty drive and close to Pigeon Forge. Cabin is so pretty inside and out. Located in a great quiet neighborhood. My son loved the pool table and air hockey table! I loved the washer and dryer. We didn’t have to go home with a lot of dirty laundry. The jacuzzi tub in the master was very relaxing. Even though you are in a neighborhood, you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Great Getaway!

The owners communication was great, the place was comfortable and felt like home. Great accommodations, and lots of activities. The pine pollen covered all of the outdoor areas (seating, hot tub, grill), and the cabin could use a deep cleaning. With that being said we would recommend this cabin to our family and will use again next time we’re in the area.

Best cabin!

I stayed in this cabin 3 years ago with work friends and stayed this past week again with my family. They added a porch swing that was amazing. Thats basically where i stayed the whole trip. The lights around the porch was a perfect added touch and the hotub was awesome as before. Brian is always good with communication. Something ive not really had at other cabins. Hes quick to respond to emails and seems like a great person. We will definitely stay there again. My kids had the time of their lives in the game room as well as the adults :) cant wait to stay again

Anniversary trip

Cabin was immaculate, great location...close enough to everything, was perfect for what we were looking for. Great communication, easy check-in, easiest check out I think I have ever had in the mountains. Very quite community. We didn't use any of the amenities on the property, however there were excellent instructions posted on the fridge. Loved the air fryer for leftovers. It was a great thing to have!! We will definitely return.

Nice getaway

Good sized property for up to two couples plus a few extra on an air mattress or couch. Nice views and good location, and everything was cleaned on check in. Amenities were aplenty and perfect for extended/slower-paced stays.

Perfect Family Cabin

We had the best time with our family of 6. It was a perfect location, no scary roads and I loved the set up of the rooms and the game loft for the kids. I never had to stress about them being out on the deck by themselves because everything was visible from the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin. It was beautifully maintained and spotless! We really enjoyed the billiard and air hockey table as well as just relaxing on the porch. The beds are very soft and the kitchen had everything we could need. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect for our honeymoon!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Perfect location for a private feel, yet have others close by and just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge or Seiverville! We loved our stay here and will def be back. Brian was very prompt with his responses to any minor concerns (dead batteries in TV remote) and the place was so clean and cozy!

Great Getaway Cabin

We really enjoyed our weekend at this cozy, quiet, spacious and clean cabin. My husband truly enjoyed the swing on the back porch. So peaceful and relaxing he fell asleep in it, twice! The hot tub was clean and worked extremely well, although the cover was heavier and harder to maneuver than expected. Bed was super comfortable! We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Cabin is in nice location not too far from town. The swing on the back deck is very relaxing. The arcades and game tables provide lots of entertainment for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable.

Butterfly Ridge

Butterfly Ridge is the name of the cabin that is owned and managed by Brian and Karen. It is located in nice gated community in Sevierville, TN. The cabin sits on top of a ridge with a great view over a valley. Communication with the host and checking in was easy. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Usually with cabins there are a lot of spider webs on the outside, around the porch area. This one does not which reflects greatly with who they work with as far as cleaners go. It is well stocked with appliances for extended stays. Brian was very responsive to questions we had as well as concerns. If there is one small negative I could say about it, it would be, the wifi. Grant it we came to the Pigeon Forge area to vacation and get away, at the same time when it came to sharing our photos to facebook or watching the "Tik Tok", or trying to watch Netflix on the TV. There were times, speed and connectivity was an issue. That is my one and only take away. Would I vacation with them again? Absolutely!! I hope to do it again, same time, same bat channel next year!
