Rooftop pool is incredible!

This is one of the most excellent hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely professional, kind, welcoming and attentive and the facilities are incredible. The room was modern, large and clean and the housekeepers did a great job every day resetting the room with great attention to detail, even refolding pyjamas and organising toiletries. The rooftop pool and terrace alone is worth booking for. Swimming and escaping the heat with a stunning view over the cathedral was a highlight of my trip. The hotel has amazing attention to detail, from the complementary water, sweets and gifts in the hotel room to the self service coffee and afternoon pastries in the afternoon. Can’t wait until my next stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. The rooms have been recently renovated, they are spacious and comfortable. The bed with pillow options ensures you have a good night sleep. The breakfast is excellent, with many options to satisfy everyone’s dietary needs. The thing we like most about this hotel is the service. Everyone is welcoming, they go above and beyond. Upon arrival, they assist you with the luggage and when you enter your room there is a welcoming note with a small token of appreciation. It is these little things that set this hotel above the rest. In the past year we have stayed there three times. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends. When visiting Seville we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. We have already made our reservations for next year.

Great hotel in a great location, all the attractions are in easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful- nothing was too much of a problem. The hotel is lovely and clean and the roof top pool is a bonus with great views of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! Fantastic stay

Location was very convenient - easy to get to from airport and walking distance to main tourist sites. Although there was renovation work, it didn’t affect the stay whatsoever - the hotel staff made sure this was the case. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had all the basic amenities, a/c unit worked well. Hotel staff went out of their way to make this trip special as it was a late celebration for a birthday. Would definitely be staying again next time I visit Seville.

I have never been in a cleaner room. Everything was super new, in super good shape, every detail was perfect. Even mattresses were firm (which is never the case). Best hotel I ever stayed in. Really.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and local sites. The rooms have recently been renovated, and they are spacious, clean and modern. What made our stay extremely enjoyable was the kindness of everyone at the front desk and at breakfast. Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay. The level of service is what makes this hotel stand above the rest. Once again, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Would definitely highly recommend.
