Close enough from San Bernardo station. Pretty quiet area especially during the summer, but the historic center is a good leisurely walk from the hotel. Lobby is nice and the room is spacious. Would recommend to others

Exceeded all my expectations

I hardly ever write reviews but this place deserves it. I had no idea what to expect The staff went above and beyond with kindness and understanding to make the stay extra special…everyone from check in to check out made it such a memorable experience. Anything we needed they gave us. Not only would I come back which I tend not to go the same place twice, I will recommend to all my friends and family. Please look after the staff so they continue to give such a high standard of service
