The staff at the hotel, literally everyone, specially Alegría were beyond amazing and accommodating. This will be a forever must hotel for our family. It is in a great location, 1-2mins walking from the alcazar and cathedral…. There’s nothing negative that can be said about this hotel. Also, their breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfast I have had, definitely need to have breakfast at least once during your stay!

We stayed here for 3 weeks whilst visiting the area and , along with friends will be returning next year. We loved it. The staff are always available with a ready Hola and a smile and happy to help when requested. A special thanks to Allegria who was welcoming and made us feel at home. We stayed in a deluxe room which was comfortable and spacious overlooking the Royal Gardens with everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was very spacious , towels beautifully white and soft and good quality bed linen. We had breakfast at the hotel on one occasion only due to poor weather. Beautifully presented and tasty food . A great stay in a beautiful city. Cannot recommend enough.

What a wonderful small hotel in the heart of old Sevilla! We particularly enjoyed the attentive and friendly service during our 3 night stay. Our clean and comfortable room overlooked the quiet alley, the hotel is tucked behind the Real Alcázar gardens and very close to all the major sites of Sevilla, which we easily visited on foot. Breakfast was amazing and afternoon teatime included snacks to tide us over until dinner time. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Staff is so attentive & pleasant!

We loved staying here & will stay here again in our next trip. Next time we would stay in the top floor for a nice view. Our room was on first floor & no view of anything.

While a little tricky to find, this hotel is in a great location that is walkable to a lot of historical sites. With our Expedia upgrade, we got a room with a small terrace and a free bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was friendly and helpful.
