Its recent restoration provides luxurious qualities and great comfort, but always keeping the original architectural lines.
It has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Large dining room and living room, therefore it is perfect for groups and families.
Your beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, all top quality appliances, you will feel like at home! You can also ask about the Chef at home services that we offer
Its incredible rooftop offers views of María Luisa Park and Plaza de España, the best sunset in the city!
It has a unique location, since it is only 15 minutes from the center, and has the tranquility of the best neighborhood in Seville, to relax while you are at home without the bustle of the center.
Its distribution is as follows:
Entrance, access is direct from the street, so vehicles can stop right at the door of the house.
If you have a car, there is space in the entrance for two small vehicles or one large one.
We access the house via the beautiful marble staircase, and we arrive at the ground floor which is distributed as follows:
Living room, with SmartTV and Apple TV and Fiber Internet connection. Internet coverage throughout the house, thanks to repeaters strategically placed throughout the house
Dining room with a large table with 10 seats, We also have extra chairs to add to the table..
1 bedroom (Bedroom#1) with bed 150x200cm.
Full bathroom with shower
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven and microwave and everything you need to cook. It has a Nespresso coffee machine as well as traditional Italian and French press coffee makers.
The kitchen has a space with a table and chairs.
The kitchen has direct access to the back of the garden, perfect for having breakfast enjoying the Seville sun!

All the rooms are very spacious and bright, All the rooms face the outside so it has a lot of light. The main room has wonderful views of the Park and Plaza de España, without a doubt, a magical awakening!
2nd floor:
On this floor, we find the incredible terrace. Without a doubt the most wonderful sunset in Seville! You can enjoy the views of María Luisa Park and Plaza de España.
The terrace is equipped to enjoy this private and unique space! It has loungers, chairs and tables.
This area has a room where the washer and dryer are. It also has utensils to have dinner or tapas on the roof. It also has a refrigerator
The last part of the house: the rear area with garden:
Private apartment at the back of the house.
The back of the garden has a separate apartment. It has one bedroom, with a king bed of 180x200cm and bathroom with shower. A private living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area and a kitchen area with coffee maker, microwave and Fridge that providing complete independence.
We have a sofa bed in this living room. in the sofa bed can sleep up to 2 people.
Perfect for family with litle childrens
Through the back garden we also access the basement where we find the games room.
