Arrived at the property and somehow they didn't have my reservation. Some sort of communication disconnect between Expedia and their computer system. Krissie at the front desk was so very kind and accomodating! Called Expedia with their phone and helped to get it straightened out. So grateful!!

After check in, i found cockroach on the pillow. After dinner, when i returned the key cards wouldn't open the door and i had to get them reset. Later i went to plug in my phone charger, the wall outlet didn't have a cover on it and was also loose in the box. Then the shower wouldn't drain. Glad it was only for one night.

It was ok. It was clean, fine if you need just a place to sleep. If you say breakfast is open at a certain time then everything need to be there to serve people at that time.

This was the easiest hotel I have ever checked into. There were four of us in town working at a horse show and we had three rooms here. We all arrived at different times and had zero issue checking in. The front desk attendant was the kindest and most helpful

This is a horrible hotel! I was put in one room and it had mold in the shower. Then I was moved to a different room and there was even more mold. Then when I went to sit on the bed it has WHITE stains on it.

Great service - old and tired property

The hotel is in pretty bad condition - mold in the shower and everything very old … the front desk clerk was great but she was also the breakfast person and the everything person / I felt like she never slept but she had a great attitude. I think I would want to stay in a nicer place next time though

No elevator, as in they do not nor ever had one installed - 2 story structure. Bathroom light did not work properly, water temp markings on shower faucet opposite (blue dot for cold on the right but water actually hot, red dot on left water was actually cold), very limited breakfast options - yogurt, dry cereal, sausage gravy, sausage patty, biscuits, fresh fruit not available everyday and apples provided all had multiple soft spots, OJ, coffee and tea.

Disappointed

The beds were fine, the air conditioning works good, the carpet is nice. But it seems like there is a lot of redoing and covering up very old outdated stuff. It needs a bigger TV and change the furniture to less heavy. The room was so dark you couldn’t see anything, especially by the refit and micro. The bathroom is in need of upgrades for the shower and toilets. Maybe a trip to newer hotels could give you ideas of what is needed.

Relaxing stay I enjoyed

Location right off the service road. Look the the entrance sign (not lit). The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great also. No complaints. Breakfast was fresh. Manager and staff friendly. Food option within walking distance including Starbucks and an asian buffet. Gas stations and grocery stores also within a few blocks. If you want to swim, the pool is only open after Memorial Day. Will definately stay again.
