Easy to book. Check in straightforward and welcoming. Plenty of safe parking. Double room and en-suite comfortable, clean and tidy. Fresh towels supplied each day when room serviced. Ladies serving breakfast very friendly and attentive. Good variety of breakfast options and the cooked breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for visiting Windsor Castle (20 min drive). Would definitely recommend as a good value B&B.

Been using AJ Lodge for a few years now. Jay the manager is a fab guy. His team are great as well. Clean, tidy, comfy and a good breakfast.

Decent but check in should be until 10pm.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was clean, warm, comfortable, had ample parking and provided a reasonable breakfast. My issue is the early closure of the check in desk. Having to be there by 8pm or pay an extra £10 for late check in is something to be considered when comparing with other similar hotels in the area that don’t charge for a later check in.

Very cold, no heating at night

When I checked in around 6 pm the room was extremely cold. I switched on the heating but it switched off at 9 pm so I had no heating all night. I had to sleep in all the clothes I had including my winter jacket.

A very CLEAN place!

This place is spot-on! Friendly, CLEAN, convenient, CLEAN, quiet, CLEAN, safe and comfortable in a residential central area. OK, it's not the most modern, but who cares when it is CLEAN. Good cooked breakfast in the morning. Oh yes, did I mention that it is CLEAN!
