Check in was slow. To be fair the issue was that there were a number of guests in front of me who had complaints . Once I got to the front the staff were quick and helpful for me. The tv in the room did not work and although I reported it that evening it was never fixed and I told them again when I checked out that morning.

Parking was easy, staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast lots of variety. I thought the pool facilities would be free but was a charge for this. We had an issue with the ventilation system in the room, we were on the top floor and even when turning the air con off the noise was loud. I tried to sleep after 2 hours i rang reception and they said it was because of the kitchen fans on the roof but as it was midnight would go off in 10 mins. 30 mins later noise still loud so we ended up moving rooms to another floor, the service was good as we moved straight away but the room was a bit tired and worn but fine and the vent was definately not as loud but because we were so tired from our journey we managed to get to sleep eventually. I cannot fault the service the staff were very efficient, just a shame about the noisy vent

Poor standards

Had my purse taken from the room, looked under the bed and it was filthy, tablets, bits of plastic, empty toilet roll, ear buds. Toilet did not flush.

Very Nice

Lovely hotel, great staff and very friendly. We had a club room and it was very nice. Bed comfortable. Swimming pool and leisure centre was good. Food was good and reasonable Overall a very nice experience.

Great place to stay if heading to Heathrow - only 15mins away but so much quieter than all the hotels nearer to Heathrow. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely, will definitely stay again for future departures from Heathrow
