The service was top notch. Reception desk, cleaning service and restaurant staff were friendly and ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. The restaurant food was delicious! Great location, about 5 minute walk to city center.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly with recommendations and directions. The bar staff was also great. We found the location to be very walkable to the town attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

We’re were on the 1st floor, and had a sea view. This meant we were located above the dining room, the road and the bins. We were woken up every morning whilst the staff scraped the tables into place to prepare for breakfast. And they emptied all the glass bottles loudly into the bins under our window. We were exhausted after 5 days of it and couldn’t wait to leave. It was a shame as the rest of the hotel is a nice experience with lovely staff.

We really loved our stay here. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Rooms were comfy and the location to town and the bus area can’t be beat. We just weren’t crazy about the location of our room. The cleaning room was right there and it was a little tight in the hallway. Would have preferred to stay on a higher floor. But - we would stay again and make sure we got the room of our choosing. Staff at front desk 24/7 and breakfast and staff were amazing. Rooftop great with pool and bar!

Excellent Sorrento Hotel

Beautiful property that is well managed, well maintained, with an exceptional and attentive staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and the room with a balcony view of the Bay of Naples was exceptional. Rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Staff across the entire hotel were exceptional. AMAZING breakfast every morning.

This hotel was amazing and truly contributed to how special my stay was in Sorrento. It was beautiful and the staff were so lovely - especially the waiters in the restaurant who were so friendly and kind. The location is a short walk from Piazza Tasso and the surrounding area is calm with not much noise at night.

The hotel was honestly the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, convenient to the town of Sorrento, and the staff was helpful & friendly. The dining area inside and out were perfect and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Wonderful hotel, everyone was very nice and helpful, buffet breakfast was tremendous. Very good location ( 2 blocks to Corsa Italia, easy walk to the train station, Marina Piccolo, and restaurants). Rooms were a good size and very clean. A great place to stay!
