The views from our room were exceptional. The pool area was lovely, again with fantastic views. The staff were all super friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The Shuttle bus from the hotel was also great as a taxi to the main town was quite pricey.

Lovely hotel and balcony (we booked a partial sea view). The most wonderful staff who really supported a gluten free diet guest. The dedicated free shuttle bus was a great addition. The hotel La Vue D’Or is located in the hills above Sorrento providing a quiet respite from the bustling town below. The views are breathtaking and you often hear church bells, rosters and donkeys giving the feeling of being in the country. There is a frequent free shuttle to town but if you want to stay put the restaurant is very good with nightly specials.
