We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience. They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren da, und eins muss man sagen, die Begeisterung die wir damals von DIESEM Hotel hatten ist schnell verflogen. Das Hotel hat 5 Sterne, unserer Meinung nach, nicht verdient. Das Personal (die Mehrheit!) im Restaurant Principale ist der größte Reinfall. Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, jeden Tag schlecht gelaunt, Zwischen den Mitarbeitern herrscht Streit in voller Lautstärke. Leider hat Jaz sehr nachgelassen, schade.

Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. So glad we chose this hotel. All staff are amazing and work extremely hard to help all the hotel guests. They go above and beyond and deserve full recognition. Entertainment is great for families with children. Lollipop entertainer is very good with children and what a very generous touch to give children presents!! Most exceptional buffet I have seen outside of Dubai. Food is fresh, healthy, with a vast variety of options to cater for all. Food cooked fresh in front of you or on day. Walking around hotel is safe and private access to beach is secure. Overall no security concerns, very well guarded since the appalling 2015 attack. Felt completely safe and can see the hotel industry bouncing back with effort Jaz Tour Khalef and surrounding hotels have achieved. Highly recommend.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.

Great hotel and staff! Very well located with all facilities around. The rooms are big, clean and beds are very conformable. What we loved the most is the swimming pool and the beach side (bar & restaurant). We highly recommend it for couples or groups!
