Overall property and operation simply first class. If there was a rating of Excellent +++++, that still wouldn’t be high enough. In no particular order, Hotel is in an ideal location, charming building and rooms, adequately staffed and all so personable, breakfast/snacks/liquid refreshments availability timed well with guests activities around town. Overall, a great find!

We absolutely loved the Westcott house. It is a great location to everything. We went for the Nights of Lights and could walk everywhere. Very clean, excellent service!!! Would definitely return.

Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall, would definitely return and recommend!
