I was traveling with a young child. I called the hotel the day before check-in to inquire about a crib. I was told to call back, needed to check with the manager. I called back and was told yes. When I arrived I was told no. That I must have called a third party. I showed them my phone, called the number, and it went right to the front desk. Got a song and dance from the front desk staff, making excuses.
After walking all day, we had to drive 15 minutes to target and back to purchase a pack and play.
I was very disappointed that they wasted my time and money.
The room did not have a microwave or a coffee pot. There is no outlet between the beds to plug a phone charger into. The breakfast was bagels and peanut butter.
I chose different stays for the rest of my trip north.
