Where do I begin... our stay has been AWFUL!!!! There are bugs in our room, the bath tub is rusty and stained, the heater sounds like a car muffler, the room is dirty. The floor is sticky and every surface is covered with dust. The sheets are old and towels are old and stained and need to be thrown away. The door barely closes. You can see the outside from inside the room. The door's bolt lock does not work it's broken. The hatch lock on the top part of the door is missing. So no secure lock on the door. I told the front desk employee about these issues and asked to be switched to a more sufficient room. She said she would get back to me the same day and NEVER did. The microwave sits on top of the fridge and has to be MOVED to the vanity to be plugged up because there is no plug for it behind or above the fridge. RIDICULOUS! The worst part has been the horrible strong stitch of a smell in our room. It is breathtaking. We have had to open the door everytime we are in the room to get some type of air circulating in order to breathe. We have smelt cigarettes and Marijuana in our room coming through our vents from people using in their rooms. We are all sick now bc of this polluted air in our room. There are no workers or any type of security ever walking the property. I had to call the police one night bc a couple that was in the room beside us was arguing and slamming doors and things inside their room and outside ALL NIGHT LONG! Another night, i had to call the police AGAIN bc

Shay at the front desk was great but there was a roach in the bathroom and also the bed had bed bugs and tree bark. The toilet pressure was low making it hard to poop. The cleaning staff needs to do better and also people need to watch their children. It wasn’t a bad place if just needs a facelift.

The staff checking us in were super sweet. The room was very dirty. Although it stated smoke free room and property the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The floor and walls were filthy. I clean for a job and with some good scrubbing with descent cleaning solution's, the room could be nice. And add a descent shower curtain/towels.

The girl who checked us in was the only nice person. Not enough pillows and unable to get more. Had to ask for more towels which I felt like was an inconvenience to the front desk person even though I went and asked for them and brought them back to the room. Room smelled like someone just smoked a whole pack of stale cigarettes. Stains noted through the fitted sheet on the mattress. One nightstand. Outlets sparked when plugging things in. Stickers stuck on the lamp shades from obviously previous customers. People that are living at the hotel were not very friendly and rude. Water was barely warm to shower. Broken glass all over the ground in front of our room. Not a very well lit parking lot. Security deposit for what? They should owe me money.

Stayed here for out 20yr anniversary. Lots of construction in the area. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way, shower rod fell down every time you touched the shower curtain. Someone threw a lit cigarette on the hood of our brand new vehicle. People fighting and arguing all hours of the night. We left a day early.
