Overall great experience, minus the bit of attitude from a guy at the beginning talking about parking ~ he was on a bit of a high trip and I did find him rude. He needs to learn you can talk to people and your customers in a better manner!! … other guy there with him was lively, so mannerly and helpful ~ maybe he could learn from him!! A beautiful hotel and would stay there again. 😌

We had a fantastic experience all-around at the JAG. Efficient & friendly check-in, and they even upgraded our room. The decor is fun & funky, the room amenities were outstanding, and the location was superb. We were very impressed also with the Exile bar/restaurant. They had a lot of Gluten-free choices for both food & beverages. We will be back!

Unique music and music themed decor. Excellent king size bed. Excellent service from all staff. Good location for bars and restaurants. Valet underground parking was quick and convenient and reasonable price. The only negative was that the air conditioner was loud.
