The floor felt sticky on our shoes in the room. The shower didn’t really get hot and didn’t have great pressure. They only gave us two towels when there were 3 of us staying there for two nights. We had to ask for more since no one came in to clean or refresh anything. They also put a $30 hold on my card in case we took anything from the “mini bar” in our room but there was nothing in our room except a couple bottles of water. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but it fits the bill as a cheaper option if you need one.

This hotel is in a prime location, and has in its building two fabulous restaurants! The staff is attentive and courteous, especially Eddy at the front desk. The rooms are dated, but the value cannot be beat. I suggest staying at this hotel and will do so again in the future myself.

Nothing like the pictures. If you sit on the toilet your face can rest on the sink. Whole hotel smelled like mildew and there was nothing included in the stay, like breakfast. You have to pay $30 a night to park across the street in a parking garage

Hotel was cute if you like boutique hotels. House keeping could be better as we had a bleach stain on our comforter and there was moldy coffee in the coffee pot from a previous guest. Also the shower tiles had some mildew. The parking situation here is awful. They tell you that you can park in a nearby garage for $16 a day, although then you cannot come and go from the garage and if there is an event nearby using the garage you have to pay up front for the event parking and then the daily rate when you go to leave the garage. You can park on the street near the hotel but there is a 2 hour limit before 10PM, and then you have to move your car or make sure you start paying for parking promptly at 9AM, and that’s IF you can find street parking nearby. With that said, the staff was friendly and helpful although one evening when we came in late, the gentleman who was working the front desk was asleep at the desk. I would stay here again if I found a good deal on this hotel but I wouldn’t purposefully seek out this hotel to stay at again.

Couldn’t sleep due to a very loud party in the room next to us. No hotel staff to help or intervene. We gave up at 1:30am. And drive home. I’ve called 5-6 phone numbers for so called customer service. Of course there’s no human being to talk to. They don’t care about their customers at all.

We did not have any hot water in our room during our stay. Upon informing the management in the morning, they did nothing besides tell us that they knew about the issue occurring in the whole building, not even asking if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. After that, I never received a receipt in any form, and found we were charged an extra $5 for two Great Value brand water bottles that were sitting on the fridge, which was apparently a mini-bar. I don't mind the character that boutique or historical hotels may offer, but this was an awful experience for a special weekend with my girlfriend. Should have stayed at a Days Inn instead for the same money.

This hotel ,does not have a praking facility directly nor any signs indicating so, we found a public parking a block away and had to carry and or roll our luggage across cablestone streets, and cement sidewalks.

Old hotel, most notably with regard to the elevator and bathroom, but clean and comfortable, fairly quiet. No ice available in the hotel - could get small amounts from the restaurant next door. Shower water was luke warm at best regardless of how long you let it warm up. No discounts to park in local garages. But staff was friendly and as I mentioned, the room was clean

I had to change room four times for multiple issues. Squeaking beds a bet I slept on completely slouched and screeched. Doris paint scratched off, mold in the bathrooms. Elevator not working very well.
