I like the staff and the way they're willing to help. Our first night the room was a newly renovated ans nice, but there were a lot of noises and the AC sounded like an engine when it started blowing air... I went to the front desk and they were very accomodating ans got us a very quiet room, the whole staff is very friendly and the hotel has history which I learned from one of the valet guys... loved my stay amd will be back soon!

Was very expensive and sseemed understaffed. Long lines to check in. Long lines for coffee. For the money I would expect Ritz Carlton service and it was not at that standard.

The staff is extremely friendly throughout. We were awakened both mornings around 8 however by hammering and then sawing. Some repairs being done near our room. Our location was great, near the pool and restaurant
