Not worth booking with them

The hotel is older it used to be managed by someone else who had more hospitality. We always went yearly & booked through Hotel.com and it allow us all the same privileges. Now new owner says not booking direct with them didn’t give us any of those privileges. At this point, we’ll stay somewhere else.

The hotel and room was nice and clean. It did have a dehumidifier going in the room. At night, we would just turn it off because it was pretty loud not an issue. We didn't golf we stayed to go view the fall colors. The golf course/lodge is just a short distance from 42, which we found very convenient. The staff-Cole was wonderful. We enjoyed having the bar open to watch the Brewer and Packer games. I feel like the owner treats his employees like family, so the employees treat you like family. You don't get that much these days. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

We really liked our stay here. The views from the room were very nice. Facing the way we saw beautiful sunrises every morning. The hotel is just a few minutes outside of Sturgeon bay so the start gazing was also fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It honestly was better than we expected. I recommend it! Oh also there's golf ;)

Cherry Hills was so comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place for rest. The room had everything I needed, including a beautiful, peaceful view and short people-watching opportunities as they approached and putted at the green right in front. I don't know if I'm unique in this aspect, but I actually really appreciated that room cleaning was optional. As I was visiting alone and am very net, I actually prefer just letting my room be for my 3-night stay. While the free breakfast was very basic, everything totally met my needs while in Door County, namely because I love going out to breakfasts in Door County and don't need the hotel-provided stuff. But coffee, tea, and milk were always there! This was a very comfortable, clean, relaxing, quiet hotel at an excellent price!

We did not have anyone attend to our room. We almost ran out of toilet paper, had to reuse towels and had to go to the desk for coffee the second day. I can’t believe I paid all that money when I could of stayed at a way cheaper place with better service

Staff was very nice, helpful. Room clean, nice patio literally on golf course. Location not as convenient as we thought, Was 1 hour drive to Washington Island Ferry and long drive to majority of sights. Breakfast was lame-cold, premade gas station egg sandwiches to heat up in microwave, cereal cups, to go juices, gas station muffins, saw one banana for fruit. Coffee was out by 9am and not replenished. Room had dehumidifier so loud, kept us up all night and needed to be emptied by us twice daily. Appreciated the kind staff and cheaper price, that's about it though.

This property is older but clean and well kept. We enjoyed the quiet out of town spot but yet close to the main road. Will definitely stay again. Loved the small balconies and the view of the golf course.

Great view and quiet!

Husband thought bed was too soft, but I really liked it. Breakfast was all pre-packaged stuff... not the best. The room had a great view! And was very quiet!

This is a very basic place to stay, but everything was clean and the room was spacious. A balcony with two chairs and a table overlooking the course was a nice touch, as was the pool table in tho bar. The complimentary breakfast ran until 10am, which was nice. Some streaming channels, like Netflix, would have been appreciated. I would stay here again.
