Saturday breakfast (Feb16) lady made no effort to greet folks coming in. She looked like she was angry at the world and didn’t want to be there. Hot trays were not replenished when empty. Not a good way to start our day! Made us uncomfortable thinking of our Sunday morning. Thank goodness there was a wonderful lady the next morning, cheerful, talkative and kept the trays filled! She made our morning! We would highly suggest if you have someone working in the breakfast room, be sure they can smile and say good morning!

I noticed they only got 3 star reviews and it’s not true. Very clean, newly renovated and had an actual breakfast like omelette and sausage waffles , etc not just muffins.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed in Sudbury

The worst place I’ve ever experienced the service was rude and disregarded our comfort And the price point was not worth it a lot more expensive than other hotels in town I thought I seen a cockroach at one point. With tried to get a refund, but was declined totally not worth staying here Unhappy customer

The property is clean. It does look like its been newly refreshed. The room is clean with comfortable beds. However, the AC did not seem to work but we did not bother asking for it because we are only staying one night and the room kept cool. I advise that people confirm their AC working with the reception during checkin. The location is not too crowded. There is a plaza beside it with dining options. The breakfast is basic and not bad.
