Luxurious hotel in prime location

Hotel is in a prime location, and it's luxurious. I was in walking distance of the Sydney Opera House. The breakfast buffet is great, and service is top notch. Most definitely a hotel I would splurge on again.

The staff was amazing. Being from America of course I forgot my converter for plugs and the front desk was more than helpful to accommodate me with one for free. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the coffee selections there were superb! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family traveling to Australia for the first time!

This property is located in very good area Customer service very poor and reception area and manager's are very rude. We requested some services that was denied unfortunately: Example: Taxi to Sydney Airpot early in the morning, reception tell us they can't do it and sent us to Valet parking staff who tell us they can't do it, asking us why reception said NO?
