Good room sizes, and the kitchenette was a life saver. The hours at the bar/restaurant were not early or late enough to enjoy regularly, and an earlier check in option would be nice after an international flight. Al in all, it’s a great location, friendly staff and a pleasant stay.

Were able to use carpark under building and take elevator to our unit. Very convient. There were a few homeless folks that had air matresses and stuff set up on street but to be expected in large city. Large night club just down the block but staffed with several bouncers. I never felt unsafe.

Room showed signs of minimal maintenance - carpet badly frayed at ends near tiles, skirting boards and door bottoms chipped. Pool & gym areas were neglected, no sun shade so avoided in daytime. Gym was pokey - better off to offer access to a nearby well equipped 24hr gym. Linen clean and beds well made up, but our preference is for firmer bed & less decorative pillows that ended up filling the wardrobe. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was great right I. The center of the central business district and walkable to many tourists attractions and great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was like an apt with a kitchen, dining area, living room and two separate bedrooms. We had breakfast included at their restaurant and the food was amazing with very friendly staff.

Excellent stay at this location with my family . Access to train and close to major city center attractions. Requested an early check in at 10 am in the morning and was able to get it by 11 am. All in all everything is good at this location. Recommend this place .
