Good location and comfortable apartments

Was the perfect location for access to the ICC which is where we needed to get to for an Expo. Building is full of character and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Servicing could be improved- they basically emptied the kitchen bin and left a few extra towels on the kitchen bench and that was it. If reception had basic condiments like sachets of pepper, salt, sauces, etc. that would be a nice extra touch given the units are self contained.

I have stayed at the Oaks Goldsborough several times and it a great place to stay. The rooms are big and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Its conveniently located with trams and darling harbour just a few minutes walk. Parking right next door.

The room was very nice! Super close to public transport/the city. The only downside was what happened on arrival/check in. I had called ahead to let the hotel know I would be a very late check in and they said that was fine, reception is 24/7. Once we arrived the entry was locked, no one was answering the reception phone (we called multiple times) and no one was answering the door buzzer. We only were able to check in bc another guest kindly let us into the lobby. It was after 10pm at night and raining and we had just driven 7 hours so wasn’t the best start. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay!

Stunning !

We stayed in the two bedroom split level apartment and it was absolutely spectacular. Huge amount of space for our family to relax and enjoy. Five minutes walk to the nearest public transport meant getting around was easy and Darling Harbour is a short stroll away Highly recommended

Overall below average hotel. Horrible housekeepers. Constantly need to remind the front desk to renew our toilet paper. The housekeeping did not at all vacuum our room during our stay even when we requested it. The only thing that housekeeping did was change our towels and trash. The hotel rate was Abit over priced for the quality of room we stayed in. Carpet was very old and outdated. Pros, very large space that is good for big families. Good location.
