The service at this hotel is awful. My room was hot and I could not get the thermostat to change as it said it was locked. I talked to the front desk twice but he insisted I had my room card in wrong. So I tried changing the card around but still nothing. I finally called downstairs and complained. The lady at the front desk said they could manually change it themselves so she did something and my cool air came on. That tells me they control it so you can’t change it ! Next I called down for a wake up call for 4am as a backup since I had to catch an international flight. I verified it with the gentleman at the front desk twice on the phone and he said yes it’s done. NEVER got a wake up call. Good thing I didn’t depend on them otherwise I would still be sleeping ! Terrible !!!Service is just not there.

Position but not pleasant

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and this was an absolutely horrible experience. Arrived and asked if our room was possibly ready The trainee pointed out that check on was 3 but if I paid 30 dollars ms I could check in now. Waited an hour and was out in a horrible , big but room for the disabled which was freezing cold. The only good thing was the food on the bar.

Perfect location for early flight

Perfect location for early flight 5 minutes walk over to international departures. Booked room with airport view and was worth paying for nice for plane spotting. Room spacious and clean. Had nice dinner in Smithy’s bar not too expensive. Would recommend stopping here and would stay again.
