My third stay at the Fullerton. Rooms are spacious. My only issue this time was that my room was not serviced until late on my second day here. A quick call to reception and they sorted it out straight away. Overall, a lovely hotel in an historic building and in a great location to get around the Sydney CBD.

It's such a lovely hotel and we stay here often. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, at the centre-point of the city, close to so many shops, cafes and bars, and then the wonderful variety of top restaurants so close by. I must add that we had a snack and drinks in the hotel bar - The Bar - on arrival and the fried calamari with sechuan pepper was the best I've ever had. The calamari was very tender and the flavour was divine. I'll make sure to order that again next time. All in all, I give the hotel 10/10.

It's very convenient and lots of shops around. But the shower in my room was terrible, it kept going from hot to cold and back to very hot. Complaining about it didn't help at all. Not happy about that.

Firstly, the booking was mixed up and I was given a king room instead of the twin I had booked (thanfully they were able to wheel in a spare, but the whole reason I had booked at this hotel was because there was a twin available) The Air Conditioning in the room was poor at best, which when you are relying on it for airflow makes the room feel stale.
