We got a room on the north side and the main highway traffic was nonstop. Very loud and kept us up most of the night and morning.

It was ok

The only window in the room had shear drapes and no heavy drapes. The street light in the parking lot was shining in the room all night. Also, the maid should turn off the alarm on the clock after the last guests as it woke me up at 6am.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! Our cheer team had a great time! The pool was small and a little disappointing but overall the stay was great! We will definitely be back next year for cheer!

It was great. The toilet in our room had a problem with the handle. The tank would not fill up and shut off unless we goofed with the handle. Not a biggie, just thought you would like to know.

Good comfort at a decent price with great service

Starting off with the bad: The AC in my room was intermittent, I wanted more for noise since the place isn't sound dampened enough, but I just loaded up a noise generator on my phone. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed or I would have tried to change rooms. The spa/Jacuzzi needs filtering, the water is really dirty. The good: The place is clean inside and out. Jessica met me promptly at the desk and was awesome. She tried her best to make me comfortable and happy, even checking if a special suite would be available, but it wasn't. She answered a couple more questions and was prompt.in answering the door when I needed in later. I misplaced my key and she had me another in 45 seconds. Great service! My room was a basic room with everything I needed for a one night stay, and almost everything (except AC) worked fine for what little I used. The bed was comfortable enough, even for a heavy guy. Overall I would say it's a good place to stay when in town on business and I will be back if I return to the area.

Friendly staff

The young woman who was working the front desk when I arrived was cheerful, friendly and helpful. An absolute delight and set the tone for the whole stay. The room was clean but the property is showing its age. Breakfast area was clean.
