Comfortable stay

Well we weren't told about the extra parking fee after paying $ for the room. Upon checking in the staff was extremely rude to me, however, extremely nice to the lady to my left. Even asked if she needed a shuttle to her cruise. We're on a senior trip for my son on a cruise as well, but we weren't offered the same thing. Pretty bad experience so far. The young man that checked me in rushed me away after seeing how upset I was about the $35 and I should be upset. Told me it was an Expedia issue but when I called them they said that it wasn't so...whatever. I mean room is clean and location is nice. That's about it. Why does the pool close at 9 on a Friday???

My only issue was smelling someone else body odor on the pillows...it looked as if the maid forgot to change the linen on 2 pillows. Staff quickly brought more pillows

Stayed one night before boarding a cruise. Hotel is convenient to the port and provides reliable transportation to the ships. Because of its proximity to the ports it is VERY busy on the days before cruise departure which makes it very chaotic and sometimes dirty in the common areas. The hotel does a very good job of making sure everyone gets to where they need to go and provides an average breakfast buffet to send you off.
