I called because I have to cancel I was moving and had no place to stay and when I contacted them to cancel the service attendant was rude and answered told me it canceled in the system and that they were only charging me for the one day I've yet to receive the cancellation information my email and then I was told that I need to wait for an email to come that she didn't do it in the system yet and then now it's showing like if I had to stay there which I did not occupy any room

Old, but pretty good place to stay.

The hotel is old, but it seemed clean and everything worked. The check in associate was wonderful, finding us a room for an early check in. The iHop right next door was very convenient. We did have someone knock on our door at 5:45 am and then attempt to enter the room about 15 minutes later. We had the security lock on, but it was a little scary. I don’t know how they got a key. We probably wouldn’t stay again, but mainly because it was so far from the port. The Uber fees made up for the lower cost.

This property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice even if it was too cold to go swimming. The room was very good except the door to the washroom stuck a bit. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. There were a lot of dining out options within a few miles and it was close to the highway to get to Tampa.

The hotel gets the job done if you're staying 1 night, with that being said: Pros: Convenience to highway and USF Cons: Housekeeping had not cleaned bathroom-strands of hair on the floor and a large club of hair in shower drain. Floors were also spotty with dirt and should have been mopped. The Wi-fi and computers were down so we couldn't check in for 2 hours. Walls are also thin, we heard our neighbor having sex at 2 in the morning

The hotel staff was really nice, but when I got to my room, there was a cockroach on top of my bed and another one on top of the TV stand was horrible after me being in the hospital all day for a full marrow biopsy that’s all I need very disappointed never say there again.
