The bath/shower was a disaster. I have never seen a tub so slippery and narrow grip strips were about 15 " (375mm) apart. The moment I turned on the water after my first movement my feet came out from under me and as I fell forward my pinkie caught the grab bar and was dislocated/broken. Their only response at the front desk was "sorry to hear that" and they had a difficult time even finding 3 band aids to secure it to the finger next to it before going to see a doctor.

The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants, malls and hospitals . Has a nice restaurant onsite with great food but I did not see room service options (this can be wrong , maybe I just needed to call the reception and they would connect me ) I had a street view and very noisy during rush hour and early in the AM .
