The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, central AC and heat as well as a propane fireplace. All new stainless steel appliances installed as well as a Samsung washer/dryer. The house has 5 TV's equipped with Amazon Firesticks with loaded apps such as Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Youtube TV is installed and provided at the home and is available on any 2 TV's at any given time. There is also 100 mbps WiFi available.. The outdoor deck has an eating area as well as a propane grill & propane fire pit. Parking in the private driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars. There is no smoking allowed inside the house and there is a deep cleaning fee of $400 if an odor is detected or evidence of smoking is found. There is also a administrative fee of $100 added to each booking paid to the community. This fee covers use of community amenities such as onsite restaurant, tennis/basketball courts, lake access, "beach" area by the lake, kids playground and ice skating (seasonal) as well as a brand new Olympic sized outdoor pool with separate splashpad. 6 passes will be provided to use these facilities and can be picked up at the community admin office located 1/3 mile from the house.
