Great hotel in convenient location. Its close to Shinjuku central area but in a quieter location. There are still lots of restaurants and bars close by. We had an apartment with kitchen which provided more space than the average Japanese hotel room and there is a good supermarket close by with lots of ready meals. The kitchen is small but well equipped

It was a lovely hotel. Staff was great - the double room suite was comfortable. Bathroom a bit small - mate inky reason for the four star was you could hear the train - not horribly load but it was there. No view. But it was worth every bit the money we spent on it. Great area - easy access.

Citadines was close enough to the Shinjuku area, so we could walk there, and far enough to not hear any of the noise. I originally laughed at the amount of umbrellas they had until it rained / poured — then I was most grateful for them.

Very noisy in the lobby as other guests just sat there very long time and monopolised all spaces. Staff could/ should say something. It justs brings down the overall experience if other's children can walk around and pick at the breakfast bar etc.

Citadines Shinjuku is pretty convincing located and at a walking distance of important landmarks. It has an easy access and the hotel personnel was very attentive and kind. The check in and check out were very easy.
