This was my first ever hotel for my first visit to Japan. I was amazed by how the hotel looked and the staff friendliness. They made sure you had everything you need (toothbrush, mouthwash, body cloths, hairbrush, slippers, pyjamas). The staff would greet you once you arrived as well, which I found to be great. Amazing hotel to kick off my Japan Trip, would come here again.

I’d like to give an enthusiastic five star review of this hotel. We stayed here as a family of three for four nights. The customer service was excellent; when the cleaning company accidentally took my daughter stuffed animal to be washed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter stuffed animal was returned to us from the cleaning company. They were always super friendly, warm, and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing, and every day we look forward to some new variety that was available in the morning. The rooms are a little older, you can tell that the staff took great care in it. I would like to especially commend the female receptionist who took the time and care to take down our issue, who took a picture of our stuffed animal, and who saved the trip for our daughter;

the hotel was located in a central area near shops and restaurants. it was close to train stations and the business district. it was a 22min taxi ride from/to the airport. the breakfast buffet was very good. the staff was accommodating.

Have stayed here a couple of times , good location closing to monorail to airport. Nice breakfast. Don’t get confused with the non premiere My Stay nearby. That’s another story.

I like that they clean the room and change the towels and pajamas daily. Bottled water and other amenities were refilled daily, too. Check in and out was quick. Coin laundry was a short walk away and you can check online if the machines were in use. Location was not too far from a train station.

The front desk people were very kind and the hotel is not too far from the train station, but I think that's the end of the positives for me. When we walked into our room, a heavy scent of body odor/urine hit me. We booked 2 rooms and I was not sure if every room in the hotel stank like that, but it was only just 1 room that unluckily had a strong smelly odor. We also opted to have housekeeping clean the rooms and only once in our weeklong stay did they make all the beds. I did not mind that much, but I've never stayed in a place before where they didn't make the beds, or if they did, they only made 1 out of the 3 beds. It was so bizarre.
