Small room as is expected in Tokyo. However the amenities in the room were excellent - even had a hair straightener. The room was comfortable. Each floor also has a station for cold and hot water. Likewise the lobby on the 3rd floor provided seating with a good view, tea, coffee, water and juice. The hotel location is great for transport via metro etc. Ginza is a very safe area for a solo traveller. I couldn’t fault this hotel and will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tokyo.

excellent location in Ginza, very close to everything. the hotel room and beds are good and comfortable but the bathroom is really dated and needs some upgrade. Lot their drinking water system. Hotel Breakfast is okay. Great service from the staffs!

Great experience for check in with helpful staff - only stayed one night but room was clean and tidy - water station and vending machine on guest floor was a nice touch. Check out was simple and with storage facility for luggage until we needed to leave for airport so this was very convenient for us!

The property is ideally located near the Ginza line and next to the shopping area. The main lobby is beautiful, but the room does not match the aesthetics of the main lobby. The room we stayed in was outdated and had a strange odor.
