Staff is friendly and attentive, if I had a question or request I never had to look far or even wait for a response. Property is clean, beautiful space, station and convenience close by and free shuttle bus to nearest major station. Breakfast Buffett is also recommended!

Jr suite overlooking the garden

We enjoyed staying in a Jr. suite. The room overlooked a beautiful garden. There was a basket with disposable items that you may have forgotten (toothbrushes, hair brushes, razor, etc.) which was very handy. There were plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. The room was spacious, the lobby was luxurious and the staff was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Classic, classy hotel

Great stay, great amenities, shame you have to pay extra to use the leisure facilities which is approx £25gbp. Great little touches like towels at the front door when it was raining. Breakfast was a good selection and good location

The hotel is a beautiful facility that contains three excellent restaurants, one Japanese and one Chinese, facing beautiful lush gardens. The lobby is large and elegant and rooms spacious and well appointed. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are outstanding in the quality and diversity of the items offered.

Great Stay in Tokyo

Great stay in a perfect location. They had a shuttle that ran free daily to a local train station which helps get around. The staff is great. The hotel room seemed a bit outdated but nothing out of this world. We traveled as a family of 3.

Dated rooms, inconvenient location

Hotel looks nice from lobby area. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are really dated for the price of the room. The location is pretty inconvenient, but they offer a shuttle that brings you close to the train station. Shuttle only runs until 9:30pm so you need to get an Uber to get back to hotel after.

The best unexpected aspect of this hotel was the shuttle bus to the closest jr station making transport around Tokyo so much easier. Facilities where generally good my only complaint was that the mattresses where a little too hard for my tastes but otherwise would definitely recommend the hotel.
