Wonderful property! I always plan to stay here every year I visit Japan. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are very nice. Even through it is above the Kinshicho train station I almost never hear the trains. The desserts and coffee at the Crystal Movement lounge are excellent as well! I also love how convenient of a location this is fortraveling around Tokyo. Tokyo Skytree is a walkable distance from the hotel and Kinshicho station is right around the block. This hotel will always have my business.

Great location! So many shops and restaurants near by. Best part is how close it is to train station and the fact that you take a shuttle to and from Airport and Disneyland as well. Very convenient! Tokyo Skytree view was amazing

Stayed for 2nd time. Excellent service and very good buffet breakfast. Location is perfect. Skytree view rooms are amazing. It is not very modern : bathroom have all the facilities in a single room, instead of separated shower or toilet. For a family of 4, having all in a single room is not so convenient. Other than that, we had a great 2nd stay. I will recommend.

Very nice hotel, old style but well maintained. Room is clean, staff are helpful. Very convenient location, limousine bus from airport stops right at the hotel, so no need to take your suitcases up and down the metro stairs. Located minutes away from Kinshicho JR Sobu line and Metro Hanzomoni line. Shopping mall Arcakit is just next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, convience stores just across the street. For sure I will be staying here again on my next visit. Make sure you pay a little more for the Skytree view rooms, definitely worth the extra cost.

Excellent location, easy to walk to, close transportation and excellent staff. Dining options in hotel were great and we appreciated being in this location for our first few days in Japan/Tokyo. The service and staff are wonderful!

Amazing place for Tokyo!

Very good for the week we spent! Beds are very comfortable, location is best! Outside the doors are 7/11, Lawson and family Mart! There's a donkikito as well we're you can do tax free shopping. Train station is a 5 min walk too. I will def always choose this hotel as my prime location when we visit Tokyo

Amazing location, right next to Kinschico station. It was really easy to navigate. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were more than accommodating. They were so nice and thoughtful.

The staff are very helpful, the area isn’t loud but there is a station close by that can get you to any major station in Tokyo.
