Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great view of the skytree from my room and great location close to shopping areas. Easy to get to from the airport as you can book a bus and there’s also a free bus to Disney.

I really loved this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back again. The location is good and has a lot of dining restaurant nearby. Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. And one more thing, OMG! The breakfast buffet is superb! Highly recommended!

We loved this hotel! Some of the finishing are a little dated, but it was immaculately clean and all the staff members we interacted with were very kind and helpful. It is also a couple minutes walk from a very useful train station. We would stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Located 5 min from train station with multiple dining and shopping options in the immediate area. We were also able to take the airport limousine bus straight to the hotel from the Narita airport

This is an awesome hotel with top-notch staff and located in a great, convenient location! No complaints and we loved all aspects of our experience. The direct bus drop off and pickups to and from Haneda were the icing on top. We’ll definitely be back!
