Very convienient location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room had some garbage and make up marks in bathroom but nothing major. Price was reasonable for TO. Park close by was a bonus for the kids.

A great hotel, but, the air conditioner in our room was loud, otherwise a fantastic place and we would definitely book here again. Great for those who like to walk and avoid traffic. You need to be aware of the neighborhood as there is a transient population in the area but we had no issues because we were aware. 20 minute walk to Rogers center, 10 minutes to distillery area, two minutes to Market area and 5 to harbour walkway. Many places to eat around area. Daily breakfast was great and more than enough food. Staff were amazing and friendly!!!

We enjoyed the breakfasts: there were lots of choices for eating. Also, the front desk clerk was very happy to give us a bar of soap to use in the room. Having the coffee off to the side was nice, too, because it was on your way up to your room or when leaving the hotel.

We arrived early and the staff at holday inn were exceptional in helping us get situated. Ravish, our front desk staff was an absolute gem and helped us get our room and our car to the airport.

Had no issues and happy with my stay. Only negative comment the picture posted of the holiday inn downtown as its profile picture, of a nice bar area does not exist, this should be altered so not mislead.

The location is great for downtown Toronto especially for arrival at Union Station. The staff could be more friendly. However, yet another hotel without a plug socket near a mirror inside the room rather than the bathroom, and nowhere to hang 4 peoples' wet towels.

Nice stay while visiting Toronto with my son. Hotel is typical Holiday Inn facilities being clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to the middle of downtown with many things to do and see. If you go a couple of streets east from the hotel, you will encounter more homeless people and people on drugs, so just be aware of that. However, we never felt unsafe or had any issues what so ever. This was a good quality option for us and would not hesitate to stay there again.
