I picked this hotel because, it is attached to the convention centre. And close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would recommend it again. Hotel has a great restaurant and a buffet for breakfast really good.

Perfect location for a girls night in the city. Came in for a concert at Scotiabank. We arrived early and were able to check-in early. Walked to The Well and Eaton’s Center, both super close. Lots of dinning options within walking distance. Very close to Union Station

The staff was amazing all around including a call I had to make prior to arriving. Very helpful. The pool and hot tub are delightful and tge proximatey to everything worrh seeing without a car is perfect. It was raining outside and tge hotel concierge brought me an umbrella to use without asking. Top notch hotel all around.

When I checked in they stated my room cost was higher than the amount confirmed by Expedia. I showed them the confirmation email but the clerk had to clear it with the manager. It took a while but only paid the Expedia amount. It would be helpful if I was told I also had to put a refundable amount of $125. on my deposit.
