I called to confirm that the parking that I paid for was available for my truck. That night they said they had no room, try other parking in the area. We could not find anything and missed the hockey game and ended up in a best western. Really unhappy with the hotel staff that said too bad, nothing we can do. Our truck is nothing special, and many people drive them, sill angry. All that money for nothing, the hockey tickets were expensive.

The proximity to major attractions is excellent. Check in was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had checking in to a hotel. Ardiz, front desk reception, is a great ambassador for the brand. The executive lounge was very good, great selection of beverages and very tasty food. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Love the location of this hotel, can access Convention Centre from indoors, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained even during snow storm. Unfortunately, we were a bit annoyed that they scheduled fire drills on the Family Day weekend which interrupted elevator service in the afternoon for 2 days in a row.

The first room I was given had bed linens that had not been changed and had human hair from at least two people (the linens smelled like someone who had not showered). My room was switched, and the bathroom of the second room was not clean (human hair and dust buildup around the toilet), and the courtesy bathroom amenities (e.g., shower cap, needle /thread packet, etc.) and looked like there was blood on them.
