Beautiful hotel and we loved our room. We were very comfortable. However I was given a piece of paper with a $25 hotel fee on it, and I was confused because I thought it was because I said we would use the amenities. We didn't end up using. I understood this was a new hotel fee, but didn't understand why it was called out like that and given special attention. I thought it was something optional to pay for the amenities.

Super clean room, smelled great. The view was awesome. Great amenities in the room including 2 free waters and you can ask for more. Staff was so kind and helpful. Felt safe and the decorations of a “Beary Christmas” which were gorgeous and the kids lovey all the teddy bears. It was a lovely stay. We also utilized the pool and breakfast buffet. 5 stars!
