The property was well located and the off-street parking was a nice perk. We stayed in the 4th Ave room, which faces a main road and could be noisy from pedestrians or traffic at various times of the day. The buildings had nice stained glass and our room had antique furniture. The King bed was comfy. The staff was responsive to requests. The property does charge for room cleaning, which keeps the per night price low because I didn’t pay for a service I wouldn’t otherwise use. Yay! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Hidden Gem

Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, the El Amador Inn is a hidden gem! Each room is truly unique with period decor, artwork, high ceilings and a gorgeous chandelier! Comfortable, quiet with a wonderful courtyard and gated parking. Easy walking to restaurants and the trolley! Looking forward to our next visit!

Home away from home!

I have stayed in all the downtown area and this little hole in the wall was my favorite! Its location is just close enough to have a night out and then feel like your at home when you decide to go to bed!

A little bit of paradise

This little boy of paradise may be off-putting when you first arrive, but dinner let it fool you. The courtyard with the fountain is beautiful and soothing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is full of eateries.
