We only stayed one night and did not experience the facilities. When I checked in the front desk person saw I was using a cane and offered to switch our room to a handicapped room without my even asking. It worked out very well.

Perfect.

Beautiful setting. Great location. Nice amenities. Lucky to find it just passing through but I would go to Tuscon again to stay here and use it as a base to explore the area.

Beautiful property, professional, friendly staff, room was lovely. Only complaint is the how much the floors squeaked in the room above us waking us up late at night when those guests moved around. At checkout the agent said they would try to get us in an upper room next time. That doesn’t really solve the problem for other guests.

Loved the landscape and had beautiful sunsets. The mountain in the morning was beautiful! The gym definitely needs attention. Very dirty and benches falling apart while trying to use them! Upgraded to a special room but it wasn’t very nice…. Wish I kept the original room. Noticed towels and room service left for days. Garbages were overflowing around the property - gym; by the pools. Dirty towels were piled high both mornings!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed a live band, great food, a variety of birds, walking paths, beautiful landscaping, and pools. The Staff (restaurant waiters/waitresses, cleaners, groundskeepers, and front desk receptionists) were friendly and their efforts showed how they care about the work they are doing. We also had a wonderful couples massage at The Sonoran Spa (onsite, but a different business). We highly recommend the Wyndham Westward Look Resort!

The door in room 316 is broken. Every time we left- the door was open when we got back. I tried to call the front desk to let them know but they left me on hold so long I gave up.

Westward Look Intimate and Beautiful

We stay here almost every time we visit Tucson. This was our 4th stay. The property is beautiful and a resort but with a smaller more intimate feel. That is what I love most about Westward Look. I love wandering around the property taking photos of the owls and other wildlife. It has a beautiful view of the city and Catalina’s and has large pine and cottonwoods where owls roost. The people who work here are very nice and always say hello. I used to clean rooms myself and I know it’s tedious work and can make you feel tired and like you’ve got to focus but all of the staff take time to check in on you. The pools are lovely and the rooms have comfortable beds with nice blackout curtains for sleep. I like getting the desert view rooms so that I can sit out on the balcony or patio and view the stars or wildlife. Many of the room are set up in a sextuplet with the two staircases leading to two upper rooms and two staircases leading to two lower rooms. On the ground level are two additional rooms to the side. Often in front of these rooms is a fountains or some beautiful plantings. Some rooms have one large wall of windows overlooking a lenai, while others have their own hot tub. The grill is very good and the waitstaff have always been very attentive. The Tohono Chul Botanical garden is just down the road and there are plenty of restaurants and stores right in the area if you need things to be close by. I prefer to explore all of Tucson. Honestly, it’s my happy place!
