A very nice resort. Spacious room, very good restaurant on site with many options nearby. Several hot tubs and pools also on site, plus tennis and ball courts. Also horseback riding. As resorts go, good value for the money.

We enjoyed the lap pool and grounds. Room was spacious but furniture a bit worn. Wi-fi very slow. Pickle ball and tennis courts with lots of cracks though nice to have so many one could play anytime

There are no complimentary water bottles in the room. When we checked with front desk they said that we are supposed come up to lobby and buy them! There was no tissue box in the room. The coffee maker is there in the room. But no complimentary coffee at facility only to purchase. Front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. Filthy carpet in the rooms, it seems like a substandard facility to call itself a resort. This place is a fake resort.

I loved staying here. A quiet oasis in the desert. There were many different pools throughout the property, the gym was nice, the tennis pickleball courts were a lot of fun and the horseback riding was a highlight of the trip.

Staff lacked service mentality. Overalll, i was underwhelmed by the quality of the property. We had a buzzing in our room that couldnt be fixed. The main complaint is I booked a room that promised "scenic views". Our room had a view of sesert bramble. Not scenic at all. The tennis courts were nice though.

Not worth the cost - Much better options available

For $300+ I would definitely find a better option next time. Property shows its age both externally and in the rooms. Furniture scuffed and marred. Carpet old and well used. Calking in bathroom hasn’t seen a clean in a while. Food was wonderful. Morning service was superb. Ask for Belin. She’s awesome and obviously loves her job. Finally, upon arrival safe not working and took over 20” to get someone to answer phone for assistance. Excuse was a very rude “well we are very busy” - they were not - there was 1 person ahead of me at checkin.

It was a comfortable enough stay for the price but not luxurious. I guess an example of what could be improved is that they have these tiny toiletry samples and you can't get the lotion or shampoo to come out. I reported this to the front desk and was told, "Yes, we know, everyone complains about this". Maybe someone in Wyndham management should spend a few nights there and these types of issues would be fixed. Also no towels at the pool or hot tub at certain times, that kind of thing. One luncheon meal at the Palm restaurant which seemed upscale was disappointing, soup arrived cold but once heated up was actually delicious if only they had bothered to serve properly in the first place. Great as a home base if you plan to be gone most of your days hiking or seeing the sights.

Overall the property is older but kept up pretty well. There were several pieces of small trash in front of the entryway of the 6 unit complex that housekeeping let stay for 4 days. Also, there was a hand towel on the ground just off our balcony that I told a grounds person about but nothing was done. Appears they are short staffed.

3-day getaway

My husband & I stayed 3 nights on a little getaway. The property was very nice. I enjoyed the lap pool & paths. The gym has good variety of machines. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not to our liking. The bathroom vanities were nice, but the shower could use an update. We can't comment on the on-site restaurants as we didn't visit them.
