Staff support is horrible, came in from work tried to get some clean towels was denied. Staff informed me they don't exchange towels after hours. He's the kicker they don't clean rooms daily unless you're there more than 7 days. So cause I go to work before their day shift and get off when after hours get here I don't get no clean anything?? Worse establishment I've stayed at.
Oh and don't forget the multiple vehicles that were broken into last night.

Room did not look like pics the hallway smelled like smoke did not have towels in room could not get back in building with key and no receptionist when we checked out there’s was
For short quick trips, this hotel is a great choice. My room was clean and so were the other common areas in the building. I felt safe, the property is quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the front desk does not stay open late. They do have a phone that you can use to call if you need help but I'm not sure how quick they are to respond. I used it once because my key was not working to unlock the door and the phone just rang and rang. The only reason I was able to get to my room was because another guest happened to be walking out when I was walking in. I'm not sure how long I would've waited if it hadn't been for that.

The walls are paper thin, the TV does not work, bed is super uncomfortable to sleep in, the staff is cold and absent did not feel very welcome. The facility itself is rather clean and looks taken care of.
Room was cleaned thoroughly before our check in. The ladies do a great!

Ideal location for my job and my daughter’s school. Close to BA express and 169
Exceptional maintenance man (Big Guy) knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Staff over all were friendly and helpful.
I would have given 5 stars for the staff if it werent for the assitant manager. He really needs more training on how to handle customers. He gave false information and when I asked for clarification he was very rude. The Lady that works there is very very good at her job as well as de-escalations, and maybe she can spend some time with him to show him how to properly handle upset customers. Also, please note, pots and pans are not provided no matter what external sources say. They have been working to get this matter addressed.
